End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User” or “You”) and Work Aura LLC, or WorkAura (“we,” “us,” or “our”) regarding your access and use of our digital PDF guides (the “Secrets To Success”).
By purchasing, downloading, or accessing the Product, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.
1. License Grant
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download and use the Product for personal, non-commercial use only.
You may:
- Use the Product for your own personal development.
- Print or store a copy for your own personal reference.
You may not:
- Share, resell, license, or redistribute the Product in any format (digital or physical).
- Modify, reproduce, or create derivative works for public or commercial use.
- Upload the Product to any file-sharing or cloud service for others to access.
2. Intellectual Property
The Product, including all content, design, text, and formatting, is the intellectual property of WorkAura and is protected by copyright and applicable laws.
This license does not transfer ownership. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by us.
3. Termination
This license will automatically terminate if you breach any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use and delete all copies of the Product in your possession.
4. Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the digital nature of the Product, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once the Product has been accessed or downloaded.
5. No Warranty
The Product is provided “as is” without any guarantees, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Product will meet your specific needs or result in guaranteed success.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WorkAura shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Product.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
